Modern Elegance

6 tiers: 6", 8", 10", 12", 14" & 16" in cream and browns. Opalescent rolled beadwork at the base of each tier. Sliceable section in 8" tier.

The Power of Two

5 tiers, unconventional. (Base is the size of a full sheet cake, 24" X 16".)

Payment

Payment of the rental fee and a security deposit equal to that amount are due two weeks before the date of your function.

This deposit will be returned when the cake is returned intact.

Note: because our cakes are entirely faux, they are much, much less likely to be damaged than a fondant-on-Styrofoam cake. However, if a tier is somehow damaged beyond repair, $50 will be subtracted from the security deposit for each unsalvageable tier.

Delivery and set-up fee

We deliver to the Louisville Metro area. Within 30 miles of zip code 40215 the cost for delivery and set-up at your event is $30. Inquire about rates for longer distances.

The cake is due back to us by 6pm on the day following the wedding. A late fee of $25/day will apply to cakes which are not returned when due.

Edible layers

We do not provide any edible portion of the cake. However, if you wish to have either edible layers or satellite cakes made to match it, we will be happy to provide the baker of your choice with petit-four color swatches as well as photos of the faux cake you have selected.

             Satellite cakes are a great way to

             combine faux and real cake layers.

Custom Orders

We stock a wide selection of ribbon, silk flowers and

toppers with which to make a cake match your wedding colors. If, however, you have in mind something more extensive than simply decorating an existing cake, let us know. Holiday Rental Cakes is more than happy to work with you to custom design the cake of your dreams. 

Custom order fee $100 plus daily rental of the tiers:

6", 8" and 10" tiers rent for $40/day. 

12", 14" and 16" tiers rent for $50/day.

18", 20", 22", 24" tiers rent for $60/day.
